RHR COVID-19 FAQ

Question: What are you and the team doing to ensure the health and safety of the crew and your customers?

Answer: We are following CDC guidelines by washing hands (sorry no handshakes right now), avoiding close contact while practicing social distancing, wearing a cloth face covering, and ensuring that if anyone is not feeling well, they stay home. We are also ensuring that equipment is being cleaned and disinfected.

Question: Can you provide no contact estimates?

Answer: Yes, for outdoor projects like a patio cover, deck, pool replaster, windows, and more we can offer no contact service. We will agree on the time and I’ll be there to take measurements and photos. Once I have the information pulled together, I can email you the estimate and give you a call to discuss.

Question:  I am interested in an estimate for an indoor project (e.g., kitchen or bathroom), can RHR do that for me now?

Answer:  Yes, we can provide an in-home estimate while practicing social distancing and wearing a cloth face mask.
